How much would implants be to replace my baby teeth on my lower jaw?

Q. Hi There… I am 23 and have a baby tooth on either side of my lower set of teeth with no adult teeth underneath. one had decayed with the root left in the gum and the other is still intact but the gum is receeding. i have seen a few dentists who have suggested implants. i have been getting conflicting information regarding implants so I just had a few questions… how long are implants expected to last? approximately how much can i expect to pay? how do i look after them once they are in place? Thank you for your help.,
A. Hi 1. the longevity of dental implants lasting is dictated by the patient seeing the hygienist every 3 to 6 months, having good oral hygiene, etc. I say to patients upto 10 years or longer. 2. The cost depends on the quality of implant and crown. Of course higher quality means more cost and this will dictate the longevity and overall cosmetical result. Cost can only be precisely given at a consultation. I hope this helps
