How much is a dental implant for one tooth

Q. Dear Sir, How much is a dental implant for one tooth, ie. the bottom tooth that is the third tooth from the last tooth? Thanks,

A. Guide price is around £2000, our fee is £2200 for Astra tech Implants, it includes free replacement if the fixture fails to integrate, ceramic abutments and minor bone grafts if needed.
If your case involves implant placement near to the main nerve in the lower jaw, I recommend tht you have a 3D jaw scan ( ICAT cone beam ) We refer out for this, it costs an additional £300 but reduces the risk of surgical complications.

Hi The term “fixture” is not really used, but I would presume it is the same as an “implant”

please can you tell me how much a dental implant would cost for one front tooth i am a nhs patient my local dentist fitted a crown on my front tooth about 18 months ago but the day it was fitted he must have cracked the rootand it has been slightly loose ever since he says that the only way to solve it would be to remove it as i where a metal bridge for a couple of side teeth it could be added to that but being a front tooth i would prefer a permanent fixture can these be done on the n h s as i am currently exempt frompaying i look forward to your reply many thanks

Hello, i need the front 6 of my top set of teeth removing as they are very out of places and two are starting to go black were they have been capped, so i was just wondering how much it would cost for them to be removed and replaced with 6 new teeth ? any advice or any information will be very helpful as it really affects my confidence having them how they are now, i have tried braces but they did not work.

Removing the teeth maybe drastic but if necessary then you could be looking at either a denture cost £500-1000 or implants approx£8000.

can you please give me a ball park figure for the replacement of 1x implant front upper plus 1 x implant to replace a crown on the 3rd frontupper and 1 x bridge to replace a missing 2nd front upper. I understand itis difficult to quote but I only require a ball park figure to be able towork out the finance. Regards

i have fixed dentures on implants top and bottom. after years of varying dentistry i finally opted to have my teeth removed. i am pleased with the results from the front but hate the feeling at the back as the pink plastic at the back does not feel or look like teeth. as i am only 49 it makes me very self conscious. is it possible to have single teeth on the bars or something that feels and looks like teeth at the back

This can be a problem but most patients get used to the feeling on the palate after 2-3 months. If you don’t get used to the feeling you could ask your dentist to check your suitability for a fixed porcelain bridge.
