Ive bein smoking quite alot recently, and it has taken its toll on my gums which are partially discoloured black. Is there any treatments which could reverse this? Also, what is the best solution for bleeding gums?

My gums have been bleeding recently. I think I might have scurvy, how is this possible as I am neither a Brit nor a sailor. Should I start eating lots of limes? thanks

Can anyone help me – im desperately trying to find a dentist in Birmingham that provides the six month smile brace. If anyone knows of a dentist who offers this service could they please let me know.

Also if anyone has had this treatment i would be interested in hearing about their experience. I am becoming increasingly nervous about this procedure as some leading dentists in Birmingham do not offer this service as they think its results are not good. Be great if anyone could shed some light on this.

above one of my teeth, the gum is very sore. i have noticed this in the last day or so. the gum around this one tooth is redder than the rest of the gums. when i brush my teeth this area bleeds quite a lot? i dont recall injuring my self so am a little worried what this maybe. the tooth brush i currently use is a braun one and is only 6 weeks old . please can you help and advise me if this is something to worry about or not. thank you

Yes it could be something to be concerned about. I’d advise going to see your dentist as soon as possible to have it checked out
