You can have implants fitted in one afternoon and have a temporary bridge or denture fitted over the top so you can smile immediately. We would normally wait 2 months after your initial implant fitting before we restored the teeht.
Implants are approximately £2000 to £2500 per implant but you may not need to have 4 implants to replace 4 teeth, you may only require 2 implants with a bridge over the top of these, which will not be as expensive as having 4 implants.
