How can I rectify my teeth after not using my retainer?
Q.
Dear Dr Hussien,
When I was 16 I had traditional train tracks to straighten my teeth, taken off 13/14 months later. Overtime I have underused my retainer hence my teeth have slightly moved. the teeth are however still relatively close to there original positions, as I have a relatively narrow pallet, with only the 2nd lateral incisor on one side, and the 1st pre molar on both sides having moved noticeably.

Roughly speaking what type of time frame/cost would I be looking in order to rectify this?
Thank you for your time.

It may be possible for you to have an aligner – something like an Inman Aligner or many other types of brace may be possible to help you.
As a for instance, an Inman aligner in our surgery would cost approximately £ 1,700 per arch an takes around 12-18 weeks.
