How can I get the one tooth to be straight again?

Q. I had traintrack braces when i was 12-13. but i now have one tooth that is on the move again after 7years and is really sticking out . all my other teath are fine and straight. what is the quickest way to get this one tooth back straight again ? thanks,
A. I hear this problem time and time again. I cannot stress enough how important it is to wear retainers after you have had orthodontic treatment. The retainers are there to prevent any rebound movement of teeth. There is an ortho applinace on the market at the moment that concentrates on moving the front 4 teeth. It is called the inman aligner. it works very quickly and is removable so you can take it in/out as you please. You just need to remember that the more you wear it, the quicker treatment will finish 🙂 Ask your dentist for details, or alternatively, I would be more than happy to see you for a free consultation at any of my kissdental clinics.
