Q. Hi last year I had 2 baby eye teeth extracted & had 2 dental implants fitted.The problem I have is ever since I have the implants my sinuses have been really bad especially at night when they get sore.I dont find the crowns very comfortable I was told that they would feel like natural teeth but they dont Im aware of them and sometimes the gum surrounding the crown gets sore. I do take great care regularly visiting the hygienist and flossing etc. Im just wondering why I feel that I have a constant cold.
