Hi, l have had sjorgren’s syndrome for 20 years. Can you advise me on whether crowns would improve the look of my teeth?

Q. Hi, l have had sjorgren’s syndrome for 20 years both parotids removed 18 and 16 yrs ago hence my teeth despite regular check ups and treatment have decayed to such an extent that they look awful. can you advise me on whether crowns could improve the look, thanks,
A. Crowns would improve the appearance of your teeth. I would advise you get these teeth looked at vey soon, if you leave them they may become untreatable.
