Well it sounds like those teeth need to be assessed it is very difficult to give you a diagnosis without seeing you.  When you bite your teeth together does it feel different to before or uncomfortable?? The new filling may be a little low which has altered your bite and put more pressure on your front teeth.  The other causes could be your gums…I am afraid I am only able to give you by best guesses without seeing you.
