Does Inman Aligner only move the front teeth?

Q. I previously wore braces, but have had some movement of my teeth leaving a space between molars that is driving me crazy. My dentist recommended the Inman aligner, but everything I read talks about moving the front teeth. Is it appropirate to use it to move rear teeth as well?,
A. The inman aligner was deisgned to move the front four teeth and is not suitable for moving the molars. A fixed brace would be a good option as this will create the ‘pulling’ effect needed to move the body of the teeth. Hope this has helped.
