Do you think cosmetic dentistry should be available on the NHS?

do you think cosmetic dentistry should be available on the NHS and why?
A.
Cosmetic dentistry is generally an elective choice so I do not think the NHS should have to fund treatment that is not needed to keep people healthy, having said that good cosmetic dentistry should improve the appearance of the patient and maintain theie health.
