Q. Do you offer any treatment for the discolouration of gums? There is a treatment available in the USA but I am not aware of this in the UK.

it all depends on the aetiology of the discolouration , for example most gum treatmets available concentrate on helping patients with receeding gums to look like there are no gaps between teeth.
some patients get gum discolouration due to fuingall infection , and in some cases there are genetic factors which are near impossible to treat
