do you believe implants would be possible for my teeth and how much does it cost?

Q. I have a genetic condition which means i am missing adult teeth wich i hear is not that rare, however i only have around 3-4 adult teeth the rest are baby teeth or are gaps. This meant i had to wear a denture/brace plate over my top baby teeth which my dentist designed when i was 13. I became increasingly unconfident and have never smiled on a photo or out to anyone as my teeth look awful. It causes me alot of distress and i hate the way i look because of my non existant smile. Some of teeth under the plate have since gone black and are begining to decay away. I was told when i was younger i would be able to get impants on the nhs but this was declined and i have been stuck with my teeth the way they are. I have not been to the dentist in 10 years and have such a fear now i have been unable to even go inside one. The denture i have is a mess as in bits but have been so afraid of people noticing that they have changed if i have to get a new denture and i would love ot be able to eat properly and smile with teeth that are permenently there. I dont want to be stuck with dentures for the rest of my life as i am only 26 and i would love to be able to smile for once. My bottom teeth are all baby teeth but im not to bothered with them. Do you believe implants would be possible and how much would it cost roughly to reconstruct my top teeth. I am desperate to try and do something about them if i can get the courage and belief they can look ok

A. It is a very sad strory- but hopefully, one with a possible happy ending……..
I understand that you hate your dentures, and at such a young age, I don’t blame you.
I would definately recommend a minimum of 4 dental implants spread along the upper jaw and bridgeowrk over the top. This is a long term fixed option. You can expext to pay in excess of £10,000- but it would be such a confidence boost for you. Hope this has reassured you that there are definately solutions and options for you- and you need not suffer in silence.
I would be more than happy to offer you a free consultation at my kissdental practice.
