Do I have any options in cosmetic dentistry that will give me 2 upper front teeth

Q. When I was around 10 years old, I lost one of my front teeth in an accident. For some reason, the dentist who treated me did not replace this tooth, but simply ‘closed the gap’ leaving me with just one central front tooth. The lack of a correct ‘centre line’, and no 2 proper front teeth has troubled me ever since (I’m now 40). Do I have any options in cosmetic dentistry that will give me 2 upper front teeth (I guess other teeth will need be to be changed too, and it will be like trying to fit 4 teeth into a space where there are now 3, or fitting 6 teeth in where there are now 5 etc!!) Any advice much appreciated! Thank you.

A. There are a few options available to you however without seeing you it is difficult to give you a best option.  One option would be to re open the gap for your front tooth by orthodontics and then place a dental implant.  Another option could be cosmetic tresatment to change the shape and dimension of your existing teeth and give the illusion you have 2 front incisors.
