Dent in the front teeth of my baby

Q. Hi there i have a 16 month old boy who has a dent in his front two teeth i noticed it about 6 months ago when he was teething. it doesnt look like decay, more of a deformed dip, i havint been giving him any sweet juices in a bottle as he is a breastfed child. is there anything i can do please help.

A. There is nothing you can do, but it may may be worthwhile to take him to the dentist for an examination. I am sure everything is ok.
