Coule you advise me on getting crowns/implants in UK or Belgrade?

Q. Dear Dr Solanki, I am in the process of investigating replacing 10 metal based crowns and a bridge, for porcelein crowns and two implants, aswell as four new crowns.I am looking at uk prices and the cost of this work in Belgrade, which appears to be half the price. I am anxious to know what I should be looking out for to ensure quality abroad.,
