Could you advise me on which is the best dental implant?

Q.
Could you advise me on which is the best dental implant between Biocon and Biomet3i. I know there is a vast range in price however, I would like to know which is the best option.

I personally would advise the 3i as being superior

I think Implants are made of titanum there are many companies that make them, namely Nobel Biocare.
