Q. i used to have a brace years ago, but my teeth have gone back to how they were previously. theyre not as bad as before my brace, but still cause me to feel self conscious about my smile. there is overcrowding over the teeth and slight overjet, with one tooth in particular jutting out at an angle. would it be possible to file the teeth to look straighter?,
