Q.
Hello there, I have been unrealistically viewing your website and dreaming of having dental implants. I don’t think I have smiled in over 5 years. Some 10 years ago I foolishly had my own healthy teeth filed down to have a bridge on my upper teeth so they had the appearance of looking straight, but gradually my own teeth have fallen out and the bridge/s had to be replaced. Further, a partial bridge became loose and fell out and the remaining bridge is loose and unsightly. I am only 47 years old and feel deeply depressed that my only option in my present financial circumstance would be dentures. I feel so ashamed of my earlier vain decision to have a bridge/s and have given up on any help from the NHS. Not only that I moved location over a year ago and no NHS dentist is willing to take me on as a patient, and was incensed when trying to put my child on a waiting list that they would only register him if I registered as a private patient. The irony of all of this, is that I am employed by the NHS but in mental health. I would appreciate any help or advice. Yours miserably
