I have been having ongoing problems with a lower rt 7 which has been crowned with a white and now a gold crown. 2 months later sudden pain and sensitivity between the 7 and 8. Dentist is talking about root treatment by drilling through the crown. Can’t they take the crown off and replace after treatment.?
my top back teeth are rotten and now i have an abscess. i have a fear of dentist,s can i get anti inflammatories in the chemist
i would like the rest of my teeth removing as they are in really bad condition and broken, but i want gas to remove them. is this possible ?

Sorry if this is a repeat email.
I emailed you about implant retained dentures and if they could look like real teeth. My next question is how do I know that the lab that the dentist is using is able to make the dentures that I want. If the dentist I go to only uses one lab and they aren’t able to make what I want then I can’t see the point as to me this is a major factor. What should I be asking the dentist to ensure I get the best look and quality from the lab?

i had a new complete top denture(injection moulded with vivodent teeth) fitted on 25/10/2007(£1150)it was fine to start with,by june 2010 it became very loose even poligrip ultra could not hold it in situ for a working day.after returning to the clinic informed that my gums had shrunk,had denture rebuilt(£750) again fine to begin with but now NOVEMBER the denture is loose again..what are my options- regards

I was hoping to have full dental implants. Lower implant retained denture and implants on the upper. I have now been told that I have individual implants on the top and also have to have an implant retained denture because I have an overbite and need the lip support.
Is it really possible to have dentures that look like real teeth. If people have to have a crown fitted you can’t tell the difference between that and their own teeth but when you have to have a full denture they don’t seem to look like real teeth. Is it possible to have a denture that is made of porcelain or other material that looks like natural teeth.
As you can probably tell I am getting very distressed about this and I am looking for a new dentist that I can discuss this with and hopefully can do my implants.

I have a bridge on my lower front middle teeth, spanning a gap where a single tooth was removed approx 5 years ago. The whole bridge is now rocking forwards and backwards slightly and x-rays reveal a cyst at the bottom of one of the supporting pegs. Implant(s) seem to be the way forward but is this possible given the cyst? If time is needed to clear up the cyst what can be done cosmetically while this healing is taking place? Thanks
hi, ive been thinking about gettin lingual braces, but i already had braces as a kid and its just my front 2 teeth that need sorting, was wondering if u can have 1 lingual brace for 2 teeth only? thanks
hi there.my two front teeth are only ever so slightly loose.i am grinding my teeth in my sleep for many years now and have just got a night guard from my dentist.they said i have a tiny pocket between my teeth and gums.i was wondering if using my night guard would help strenghen my teeth.or if not,what other things could be done?i dont want to lose my teeth and my dentist says i dont have gum decease.please help.thanks
