I realize your concern is the best for the patient.. My son is 16 and has some pretty sever overcrowding. The dentist said 4 teeth need to come out na dthen he needs braces to pull his upper and lower canines into position. 1.Can this be done with Invisalign? 2. I have just had a consultation at a dental clinic in the City regarding having my teeth straightened. I have prominent front teeth, in particular one to the side of my middle teeth, and was recommended traditional fixed braces for 18 months with a permanent retention wire at the back of the teeth permanently afterwards. I was quoted £3,800 for the treatment which seemed rather a lot. Is this typical of what I would expect to pay and is the permanent retainer necessary (I hadn’t expected this)? I look forward to hearing from you.,

hi rob. i had braces as a 16 year old and my teeth over the years have gone back to how they used to be. my detist says that is natural and nothing that can be done.just the way my teeth are. i really want straight looking teeth. basically the two teeth either side of my front teeth stick out. one more than the other. can you advise me what i could do? instead of braces can i get crowns done as a quick fix rather than 2 years and have the same thing happen again? i am local to you do you do a consultation if so how much?thanks stuart,
