Q.
I’m a 19 year old girl and have had trouble with my left Canine tooth. For some reason the tooth didnt grow down and so i had one tooth pulled out (to create space) and an operation to uncover the Canine. I was told there may be problems with its Growth, luckily the tooth did make progress and the tip of the tooth is about half way into the space now (after 2 years of patiently waiting) however, the tooth next to the canine (lateral incisor- if thats what you call it!) seems to have become wonky and wobbly, and so my dentist is at a loss as to how to move the canine further down as it appears to be remaining stationary now. have you got any suggestions as to what dentistry might be available to me, im not sure if the tooth will move further by its self? quite worried i\’ll lose the tooth next to it if something isnt done and im self-conscious of my smile.
