I am not very familiar with all procedures and prices avaliable, but I have few issues about my teeth. I would need to streight 3 of them, maybe straight the crowns of 4 of them and also I would like them to be whitened (they not in a bad condition). I am 18 years old. Hi, I Have a problem with teeth grinding. I have been to a dentist and have recieved preventative treatment, in the form of a mouthguard to sleep with, but am concerned that the damage has already been done and would like options on cosmetic dentistry for this problem. My teeth, in every other aspect are perfect, straight and white but as a result of grinding are quite small. Would this be a major cosmetic procedure?

Hi, my main front two teeth are the problem, one of which is chipped and i am having a crown put over it but i don’t see this as the final solution as i have been told they are noticeable which i do not want. The other tooth has become discoloured and has become dull after receiving a “impact” whilst playing rugby could you pleaser tell me what would be the best options for me and how much they are likely to cost? My family & cousin have booked me an appointment with a cosmetic dentist in London but I’m scared what they will say & how disgusted they will be, I’m 32 yr old man with past drug addiction heavy smoking oral hygiene the list goes on , I got 2 broken roots where gum grown over front chipped tooth & horribly stained for last 10 yrs I’ve been so depressed & I can’t talk to people or too embarrassed to let dentist see me because of what he will see, now my cousin sorted me appointment but will dentist have seen worst & be able to fix I don’t know if I got the guts to go even though it’s the only thing holding me back in life

Hi,

I want to know how much it would cost to have the ‘perfect smile’? I see celebrities with teeth that have clearly been altered cosmetically for a perfectly balanced and bright white look and I would like to achieve this too. My teeth are in pretty good condition as it stands so i shouldn’t need any corrective work etc.

Should i build up my tooth with a crown or have a veneer instead?

I just had two front teeth crowns placed
with temp cement. One is a natural tooth
and one is an implant. Now, the lateral beside the implant looks too much set
back. It is one third bonded from a chip.
I dont know whether to place another
crown to build up tooth or do a veneer.
The colour needs to match the other two and would be done by same lab.
What do you advise?
