Could my doctor refer me for cosmetic dentistry treatment?

Hello Dr, I wondered if you could please provide me some advice? I have very uneven teeth at the front of my mouth, the top 4 are all very squint and this has given me a severe self image complex for years. I never smile with my mouth open, I’m scared to speak to people normally without putting my hand over my mouth. I also have a disorder called Borderline Personality Disorder, which doesn’t help me with my self esteem, and the image I have of myself. I don’t have the money to have cosmetic dentistry done, but I wondered if my Doctor could refer me for cosmetic dentistry to be done on my teeth. Because one of my tooth is so prudruding, it has also began to rot and looks terrible. I could get it filled at the dentist, but I just wondered if i could be referred for cosmetic dentistry instead? How can I fix my larger front top teeth?

Hi there, I just wanted to ask a quick question. I have very big front top teeth (4 top incissors), and I am very conscious of them. I have had braces in the past, and my teeth are straight, but they still look very bad, especially when my lower teeth are much smaller. Is there any way to fix something like this? I don’t want to have my tooth extracted, can I do anything to stop this from happening?

hi i have been having problams with my back tooth on the right side i have been to the hospital about its as the tooth is twisted and to close to the nerve. they have said that the tooth needs to come out but i will have one side of my face paralysed. im 30 in june and i dont want a paralysed face. i have been told the tooth is not in bad condition but will need work but all the hospital want to do is to pull it out. im got to go back to the hospital june 23. could you please tell me if there is anything i can do or say to stop them pully the tooth. thank you

Im 18 and my gums are receiding and my teeth aren’t stable, they wobbly. At the moment I wear a retainer because if I take it out, I’ll have gaps between my front teeth.
