Can you recommend any safe alternatives in regards to the replacement of mercury fillings?

Q. Hi Dr Tennet I want to replace old mercury fillings. What is the safest alternative that you would recommend? Thank you,
A. Ceramic inlays and onlays are the most stable and last longest in most cases. Guide price £400-700 per filling replaced. Composite resin placed under rubber dam isolation £100-200 per filling next best. Rob
