Q.
hi i am looking for as much information on gum lifts as possible i have small teeth and big gums and i am very concious of my smile but i am petrified of going to the dentist my gums are extremly sensitive, i have a few questions below as well. can you have one done on the nhs?

This procedure often called crown lengthening isn’t normally available on the NHS due to the complexity of the treatment and that in most cases it is for cosmetic purposes only. It could be done under sedation to help your anxiety. If you’d like a proper quotation you could see my gum specialist at my clinic for a full consultation (cost £90) call 08443 87 87 88 hope that helps and good luck with any treatment

G Hammond Says :

Wonder if you can help. My cousin has a very obvious gummy smile. This detracts from her looks and throughout her life she has overcome so much and she deserves to be happy and confident in her appearance. She works for Edinburgh council in Social work and has a difficult caseload which she manages admirably, at only 22.
I guess I am asking for you to consider treating her and waiving the cost but appreciate that you must be asked this many times
I appreciate you taking the time to read this appeal
Kind regards
