When you wear any form of braces- it is so importnat to wear a retainer at the end so that your teeth don’t move back into their original position like yours have. a retainer is a lifetime thing that you will always need to wear. You can get a fixed retainer which is a thin metal wire that sits on the back of your teeth to hold them in position, or a removable option that you can take in/out- initially every night and then you may cut it down to maybe one night a week afterwards. You have several options in straightening yur teeth again. You could choose a fixed brace – or ne that you can take in/out to eat etc. Ideally, you need to discuss this with your dentist- or alternatively, get a referral to an orthodontist. Good luck
