Can teeth that have moved forward after braces be treated?

Q. Im 28 years old and did have track braces in my teens but i have found my front top 4 teeth ( only 4 ) have moved forward, there not overlaping just moved forward, i really want them to move back, what would be the best option and how much would it cost? Please Advise,
