Can loose tooth be saved from falling out?

Q. My question is that I have a big gap in between my teeth in the front that wasn’t there about 6 years ago, and one of those teeth have loosen. I need to know if my teeth can be saved without getting them all pulled at the top of my mouth?,
A. It sounds as though you have a periodontal condition. In order to save those teeth you will need to see a periodontist for a thorough clean under the gums, he may need to see you a few times. We have a fantastic periodontist Dr Federico Tinti who would be able to see you regarding this matter. Ph: 0207 612 9810Justin Glaister

I have slight looseness in my front teeth due to some bone loss and vitamin D deficiency. My dentist also thinks I might be grinding my teeth at night. How soon does this looseness need to be fixed before it becomes more serious? How soon do I need to get the recommended nightguard and permenant retainer? Thanks!
