Can I save my tooth without having to get an implant?

Q. just had a deep cleaning on my teeth but one of my front teeth is some what loose. i had a root canal on in about three years ago. is it possible to save my tooth without having to get an implant? i have always had nice teeth and im scared to loose my tooth,
A. The tooth may tighten in a few weeks, as they can often get loose straight after the deep cleaning.
