Can I have veneers to treat tooth gap?

Q. was wondering if you could advice on how to fix my broken smile? I have aprox 2mm gap between my central incisors and i am missing the left lateral incisor. Xray revealed that my central incisors roots are short, so braces and a bridge was ruled out. My dentist suggested squaring off my cuspid but I think that would look like a cheap bodged job. if I’m to go with veneers, would I have to have all my upper teeth done?? as it would be very expensive and I’ve only recently graduated.. also would this effect the problem with my central incisors roots? as i am scared of them now falling out… but I am so embarrassed of the gap just to live with it. also, I have a blood disorder and have found any serious dental work needed has been referred to the hospital. thank you,
A. It is difficult for me to give you guidance on this matter without seeing you in person and perhaps performing a few tests, taking X-rays etc.I would be more than happy to see you regarding this.
