Can I have premolar and molar teeth implants?

Q. Is it possible to have two implants on the premolar and molar teeth because I was told that it may not be possible due to the sinus being near them.,
A. yes but sometime the bone around the sinus area needs rebuilding first or at the same time the implants are placed. You may need to see an experienced implant surgeon for this treatment
