Can I have braces when I have dental crowns?
Q. i definitely need a braces upper and lower to alogn my teeth. but i have 2 upper front crowns , and 1 lower back tooth crown. is it still possible to do this and whats a routine for it.,
A. It all depends on the severity of your crowding. THere are alternative treatments to fixed braces, such as invisalign, clear aligners etc. Fixed braces CAN be attatched onto crowns but this can be a litle trickier. I would advise that you see an orthodontist for a consultation to see what options you have.
