Can I have a small bridge on the bottom jaw and a full one at the top?

my dentist said there is nothing he can do for my teeth,i have an upper half bridge and only a few teeth on the bottom i want afull bridge on the top and a small bridge on the bottom is this possible.the ones at the bottom are not to strong. thankyou

Dear Enquirer,
You are probably a candidate for full dentures or if you prefer a fixed route, then implants may be a good option for you.
You can only have a full bridge on the top jaw if it is supported by implants.
