Can I have a gum augmentation when I have a denture already?

I had an upper denture made and I don’t have enough gum line therefore, it looks like I don’t have any teeth unless I grin like a possum. My question is, can you have gum line to an already made denture?

Not normally…i think you’re talking about an augmentation of your bone to build it up? This is a complex surgical procedure involving bone grafting and almost certainky you’d need to have a new denture or even set of dentures made following the procedure
