Can I get implants on the NHS as state of teeth is making me depressed?

Q. Hi I have had a denture since the age of 17 due to a bad motorbike accident, i am now 42 i have always hated having dentures, i lost 2 front teeth and gum, i am currently on income support and bringing up 5 children,I have noticed now more attention goes on me, now they are growing up i am getting more depressed and losing confidence due to my teeth as it look to me that i have a wonky smile and my teeth are different sizes, i was wondering could i get implants done on the NHS thank you,
