Q. My teeth are rotten and all need taking out my dentist who i have said i need dentures he made me some and charged me 354 pounds knowing that i was on income support,and knowing that i got a real bad gagging reflex, i even tried hypno for the gagging but it dont work so i need help in getting implants for free or at a low cost as i have no money, i dont go out cause i am 44 and look ugly because of my teeth plese help
