The NHS fees are the lowest that can be achieved. You can claim exemption on certain benefits or income thresholds , an AG1 form is avaialable from post offices.
The NHS does not provide cosmetic treatment as such but some treatments that are needed for functional reasons will provide some cosmetic benefits.
Hope this helps

My teeth are slowly breaking and falling out one by one. I don’t have dental insurance and am in the start process of starting a home based business so I can stay with my two young children. I am in constant pain and need help! My gums are completely swelled and because of this my face is being disfigured by the swelling. I am so scared that my teeth are going to kill me if I don’t find help soon! Is there anyone out there willing to help me? I am so scared of the dentist even more of needles and have a hard time keeping calm in the dentist chair but I need help! Anyone please help me!
