Can i combine implants with a bridge?

Q.
my bridge of 4 teeth is broken and am considering a implant but would it be possiable for one implant and have a joint crown of 4 teeth attached to the implaint how much would that cost ?

or has it got to be one implant per crown/tooth

A.
You do not need , provided you have adequate bone present for a decent length implant to be placed, to have an implant per missing tooth. 2 implants can be used in many situation to support a 4 unit bridge. However it is not advised to unite a natural tooth to an implant as the tooth has movement and the implant hasn’t. This will mean that the bridge is likely to fail
