Are you able to have root canal treatment on a baby tooth?
Q. I have a tooth abcess and my dentist has told me that i need root canal treatment – problem is, the tooth is a baby tooth – i never had an adult tooth come through – can you do root canal treatment on a baby tooth?,
A. You can root treat baby teeth, However I would also consider the cost / benefit and long term prognosis against treatments like dental implants or bridges, Rob
