Are there alternatives to bridges?

Q. Dear Sir, I lost my front top two teeth in a accident during my childhood i am now replcaed with 4 teeth by taking side two teeth as Pillars but i want to replace only two teeth insteadd of 4 teeth without Pillars i mean hw can i? plz suggest me,
A. I’m a bit confused by your question but I guess you must have a bridge? You could consider dental implants these might be a good solution?
