Are dental implant the best option available for my 15 year old?

Q. MY DAUGHTER IS 15 YEARS OLD AND HAS BEEN TOLD THAT THE TWO LARGE MOLORS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE LOWER JAR HAVE NO ADULT TEETH AND SHE KEEPS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH BAB Y TEETH AND THEY WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED BUT WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED WITH EITHER IMPLANTS OR A BRIDGE OR DENTURES SHE HAS ALSO BEEN TOLD THAT SHE HAS RATHER A SMALL JAW AND IT SITS FURTHER BACK THAT IT SHOULD. WHAT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND FOR LONG TERM. SHE IS VERY FRIGHTENED BY THE THOUGHT OF ANY SURGERY AND HAS REQUESTED TO HAVE A BRIDGE FITTED I PERSONALLY THINK THIS IS NOT THE BEST OPTION AND READING VARIOUS ARTICLES REGARDING TOOTH IMPLANTS THINK THAT THIS IS THE BETTER OPTION CONSIDERING HER AGE ETC,
A. Implants will usually be the best long term option but she cannot have this treatment until she is around 18 years old. In the meantime the spaces could be kept open until then using adhesive bridges. These may actually last for 5-10 years if well looked after.
