Am I able to have all of my teeth removed and then replaced with dentures?

Q. i have type 1 diabetes and im suffering with gum disease my teeth are loose and very unsightly and very sore and sensitive im only 36 and have teeth like an older person that never looked after them . i am considering having them all removed and replaced with fixed dentures would i be able to have this done ?,
A. Yes this is an option but you may need to consider the long-term prognosis of having dentures as they aren’t always as rosey as they seem
