Q. a am looking for someone that could help me am not sure if i could have implants or shall i need false teeth at top after years or being abused i have very little teeth left its left me with no confidence at all scared to smile and am only 36 a single mum and even going for jobs when your teeth are such a mess is hard , i even glue too in just to make it look better x,
