By having six mini implants in the top jaw is this suitable to secure a full set of dentures?

Q. I would like to know if by having say six mini implants in the top jaw if this is suitable to secure a full set of dentures. Many thanks,
A. Yes it can work well although i prefer regular implants as these have a better long-term track record
