Q. I lost a front tooth in my teens during a sporting accident. Over the years my front teeth closed up and they look absolutely awful. I’m 43 now and even though my teeth are in pretty good condition I’ve always wanted a nice smile. Have I left too late and would I have to spend years in braces.
