Tooth removed because of gum disease i have temporary national denture. How much will implants cost

Q. I have just had my top right small tooth and middle right big tooth removed because of gum disease caused partly from smoking and mainly through congenital gum disease and have been fitted with a temporary national health denture. I am finding this absolutely dreadful and am incosolable and want to have implants. Can you tell me how much it will cost and how long the whole procedure takes, will i still have to wear the denture till the process is completed or is there another alternative. My dentist also told me that I might need an implant with a cantilever bridge, can you tell me how much you think that might cost. many thanks

A. Hi Difficult to give you an exact cost bit look at in the rion of £3500-4000 You may need the bone rebuilding as well, this wll be another £1000
You may need to keep the denture during the treatment, depending on the quaility if your bone, sometimes I can place implants and fit fixed teeth at the same time so you can get rid of the denture quicker
