What is the difference between certain crowns, and which are the best?

Q. Hi, can you advise what are the best crowns to have? I have been to a dentist and he has said that he can do a set of crowns ranging from £250 a tooth to £500 a tooth. What would be the difference in the crowns? thanks,
A. It is the quality of porcelain / ceramic used in the crown and the experience of the technician who makes it.Ask your dentist to discuss the differant qualitys with you.
