My teeth have become crooked now that braces treatment has ended

Q. I’m 22 and when I was younger I had fixed braces and when the treatment was done I was given removable retainers. However, despite using the retainer as instructed, slowly my teeth have moved. The two front teeth in my top set have grown slightly apart (although I still use the top retainer, it closes the gap temporarily) and the bottom are becoming a bit crooked ( the retainer doesn’t even fit anymore) Can these two different problems be solved using Invisalign? If so, what do you recommend being done afterwards in order for them to stay in place?,
A. Hi – yes this sounds a great case for Invisalign and should be quite quick. For retention I would recommend a fixed retainer on the back of the front six teeth (a tailor-made wire bonded to them) and a clear removable retainer over the top (called an Essix retainer)

I am 23 have sort of the same situation my two front teeth have move inwards and one of my front teeth are pretroduing behind my other teeth. After I hand brace I too was given a retainer to wear it has been about four years since I have worn it.
Are there other option to have my teeth straighten and would I be able to possible just get fitted for a new retainer to straighten my teeth.
