My gum is so sore cannot bite on teeth will i loose my tooth

Q. Hi i am depserate need for some advice !!! i had accident when i was 4 lost my milk teeth have posted crowns since 28 years now i think i have a fracture !!! my gum is so sore cannot bite on teeth will i loose my tooth ??? am so upset i have battled with dentists all my life !! many ops and treatments pls help me !! so worried cannot afford implants !!

A. Please book in with your dentist asap. Wothout him/her tking an x-ray and looking at the root, it would be impossible to make a diagnosis.
